Returns POLICY
All sales are not subject to a refund. All returns are for STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns must be notified within 7 days of receiving the order. There will be a 20% restocking fee on all returned items after 7 days.
Returned merchandise must be in its original condition - unwashed, unworn. If the package is returned in open condition, there will be a 10% restocking fee.
Ex: No individual poly bag, missing original hangtag, damaged hangtag, etc.
It is the customer's responsibility to arrange transport of the items to our warehouse.

We stand behind our products and want you to be satisfied with them. If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving the merchandise.
Shipping and handling are non-refundable. Store credit will be calculated for the item(s) purchased and does not include shipping and handling.
Store credit is not processed on the same day your item has arrived at our warehouse. Please allow 7-14 business days for the return process including an inspection.
It is the customer's responsibility to rearrange shipping if the returns are rejected.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
